This page explains how UX Growth Lab (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects data, governs site use, and handles cookies. By visiting or using uxgrowthlab.com you accept the terms below.

We collect three kinds of information. First, when you submit a contact form we receive details such as your name, email address, phone number and company information. We store this data for up to eighteen months so we can answer enquiries and prepare proposals. Second, when you browse the site we gather analytics data—your IP address, device type and the pages you view—through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Those services keep the data for up to twenty-six months, which is Google’s default. Third, if you subscribe to our newsletter we retain your email address until you choose to unsubscribe.
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with essential service providers: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Webflow, which hosts this website. All data is stored and processed in the United States.
You have several choices. You can refuse or later disable non-essential cookies; you can use the unsubscribe link in every marketing email; and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@uxgrowthlab.com. We respond to all requests within forty-five days.
We protect data with HTTPS encryption, firewall rules and restricted internal access. No method is completely secure, but we follow recognised industry best practices.
Our services are not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site uses three categories of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site running and maintain your session; they expire when you close your browser. Analytics cookies such as _ga and _gid help us understand how visitors use the site; they persist from one day up to twenty-six months. Performance cookies like _clck from Microsoft Clarity store anonymous identifiers for twelve months so we can see how pages perform. When you first visit, a banner allows you to accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change that preference at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. Most browsers also let you delete or block cookies entirely. Refusing analytics cookies may reduce the accuracy of our reports but will not break core site functions.
